As we travel down the road to the Oscars, last night the Screen Actors Guild held its award show. The Usual and Expected subjects walked away with awards. The Academy must really be kicking themselves for not deeming Ben Affleck worthy of a Best Director nomination because every other Award show thinks Argo and its director is a winner.
But let’s get to the real news... The Red Carpet Fashion...
There was nothing wrong with Kerry Washington’s Rodarte gown but Kerry can definitely afford to push more fashion boundaries. She always just seems so boring. *yawn*
Proud wifey, Jennifer Garner glittered in this gold Oscar de la Renta gown.
The Help star, Viola Davis kept it simple and yet bright in this Monique Lhuillier gown. It’s great to see her still rocking her natural hair on the red carpet.
Glee’s Jane Lynch went all S&M on us. Urgh.
All in all it was a snooze-fest of a red carpet. Perhaps everyone is saving their show-stopping gowns for the Oscars. We can only hope...
